The competition will return to the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre’s Hall 1A on Saturday, 3 November 2018. Contestants in three categories – the Challenge, Student and new Corporate categories – will accept the "Shoot for Hong Kong" mission by taking photographs based on themes announced over several stages on the day of the event.
At the Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Centre, it is not only the place for kick off ceremony and photo upload, but is the place with photo exhibition, souvenir booths for you to enjoy the fun of photography.
Contestants from the Challenge Category with longer competition time have to employ scenery changes from day to night and capture the beauty of darkness to create photos with enhanced diversity.
The new Corporate Category participants will have to pair in a team of 6 to challenge their teamwork to take photos of specific themes. Student Category welcomes full time students aged 15-22 to show their creativity through camera lens to capture city’s facets.
