This October, 6,000 of Asia's passionate photographers will gather to answer the call of Canon's PhotoMarathon Asia 2009.

Back for its third consecutive year, the Canon PhotoMarathon Asia is one of the region's largest and most recognised photo competitions. Created for anyone with a passion for photography, the Canon PhotoMarathon is open to amateur and professional photographers alike.

Challenge your photographic skills by completing a set of photo-assignments under time-pressure, and stand to win attractive Canon prizes, with two grand prize winners from each country winning a Photo Clinic to - the birthplace of Canon - the breathtakingly beautiful Japan.

Join the most promising photographic talent from across Asia, as the top two entries from each country will travel to Japan for an expenses-paid Photo Clinic.
